Terms & Conditions

Faith over fear, clarity over confusion.

Effective Date: August 31, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Pinnacle Solutions Group, its owners, agents, and affiliates ("Pinnacle Solutions Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging any service offered by Pinnacle Solutions Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Policies page, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not engage our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this website or engage our services. Business formation and grant consultation services are available only to individuals authorized to act on behalf of the entity being formed or represented.

3. Description of Services

Pinnacle Solutions Group offers consulting and support services across three general categories, described in more detail in your individual service agreement or program enrollment materials:

  • Business Services — including LLC formation support, EIN and DUNS number registration assistance, business bank account setup guidance, business plan development, grant consultation, and 501(c)(3) formation support.
  • Credit & Financial Services — including personal credit education, credit report analysis, debt planning, dispute filing assistance, and bankruptcy recovery support.
  • Car Buying Services — including auto loan pre-approval assistance, lender matching, lease-versus-buy consultation, trade-in assistance, and dealer negotiation support.

The specific scope of services provided to you will be set out in a separate service agreement, program enrollment form, or engagement letter ("Service Agreement"). Where these Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Credit & Financial Services Disclosures

If you enroll in a credit or debt-related program (including the Signature, Premier, or Executive programs), the following disclosures apply in addition to any state-specific notices provided in your Service Agreement:

  • You have the right to cancel your contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed the contract, as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state Credit Services Organization laws.
  • We do not charge, and you are not obligated to pay, any fee for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed, except where applicable state law permits otherwise and is disclosed in your Service Agreement.
  • We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will improve by any particular amount, or that any dispute will succeed. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the policies of credit bureaus, furnishers, and creditors.
  • You have the right, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus and furnishers, free of charge, without assistance from any credit repair organization.
  • A copy of the "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" notice, and any state-required cancellation and disclosure forms, will be provided to you as part of your enrollment materials.
Note: Credit repair and credit services organizations are regulated at the state level, and requirements vary by jurisdiction (including bonding, registration, and contract-form requirements in certain states). Your Service Agreement will include the disclosures required for your state of residence.

5. Business Formation Services Disclosures

Business formation, EIN/DUNS registration, business banking setup, business plan development, grant consultation, and 501(c)(3) formation support are administrative and consulting services. We are not a law firm, and formation or filing assistance does not constitute legal advice regarding entity structure, tax treatment, or regulatory compliance. Approval of any filing (including EIN issuance, DUNS registration, business bank account applications, grant applications, or IRS 501(c)(3) determination) rests solely with the applicable government agency, financial institution, or grantor, and we cannot guarantee approval, timing, or outcome.

6. Car Buying Services Disclosures

Car buying support services, including loan pre-approval assistance, lender matching, and dealer negotiation support, are advisory in nature. We are not a lender, dealer, or broker of record unless separately disclosed in writing, and any financing offer, approval, interest rate, or purchase term is determined solely by the applicable lender or dealership. We do not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or a specific negotiated price.

7. Engagement, Fees & Payment

Fees for our programs and services (including the Signature, Premier, and Executive programs, or any custom engagement) are set out in your Service Agreement or program enrollment materials at the time of purchase. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided, on the schedule disclosed to you (including any recurring monthly billing, if applicable). You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Late or failed payments may result in a pause or termination of services as described in your Service Agreement.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees for early cancellation are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Credit-related programs include the statutory three-business-day cancellation right described in Section 4 above.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary to perform the services; (b) respond to requests for documentation or authorization in a timely manner; (c) review all documents and filings prepared on your behalf before submission where review is offered; and (d) comply with all applicable laws in your own use of any document, entity, credit strategy, or financing arrangement obtained with our assistance. Delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or untimely information from you may affect the timeline or outcome of services and are not our responsibility.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Testimonials, case studies, or examples referenced on this website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Credit outcomes, loan approvals, business filing approvals, and grant awards depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party decision-making by credit bureaus, lenders, dealers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

11. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Pinnacle Solutions Group provides consulting and administrative support services. Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, or in any consultation constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or licensed financial advice. Where legal, tax, or accounting matters are involved (including entity structuring, 501(c)(3) compliance, bankruptcy, or debt settlement with legal implications), we recommend you consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, program names ("Signature," "Premier," "Executive"), templates, and educational materials — is the property of Pinnacle Solutions Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with services you have purchased.

13. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to: use this website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client data; upload or transmit malicious code; scrape or harvest data from the site; or impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of the site or our services.

14. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may link to third-party sites, lenders, credit monitoring platforms, or scheduling tools (including our Credit Monitoring Portal and consultation booking system). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Solutions Group, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total aggregate liability to you for any claim exceed the total fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Solutions Group and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. You and Pinnacle Solutions Group each waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. This section does not limit any non-waivable right you have under CROA or applicable state consumer protection law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law or by a mandatory consumer-protection law of your state of residence.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services or this website at our discretion, including for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms, subject to any notice or refund obligations described in your Service Agreement or our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated as required by your Service Agreement.
