Privacy Policy: Overview

Pinnacle Solutions Group ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through pinnaclesolutionsgroup.co and our services, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions.

Information We Collect

Depending on which services you use, we may collect:

  • Contact & identity information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth.
  • Financial & credit information: credit reports and scores, account and debt information, income information, and bank or business banking details you provide for credit, debt planning, or business banking setup services.
  • Business formation information: business name, entity type, EIN/DUNS application details, ownership information, and grant application details.
  • Auto financing information: vehicle preferences, trade-in details, and information you provide for loan pre-approval or dealer negotiation support.
  • Communications: records of calls, texts, emails, and consultation booking details.
  • Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Payment information: billing details processed through our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and manage the services you enroll in; prepare credit dispute correspondence, business filings, or financing applications on your behalf; communicate with you about your account, program, or consultation; process payments; improve our website and services; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and, where you have consented, send you marketing and educational content.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Credit bureaus and furnishers — to submit disputes and correspondence on your behalf, where applicable to your program.
  • Lenders, dealers, and financing partners — where you have engaged our car buying or financing support services.
  • Government agencies and registries — such as the IRS, Secretary of State offices, or grant administrators, where necessary to complete business formation or grant-related filings you have requested.
  • Service providers — including payment processors, our CRM and scheduling platform, our credit monitoring portal provider, and hosting providers, who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and compliance purposes — where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.
  • A successor entity — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Financial Privacy (GLBA)

Because we assist with credit, debt, and financing matters, we may be subject to the privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) with respect to nonpublic personal financial information. We limit access to your financial information to personnel and service providers who need it to perform services for you, and we do not disclose it to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some website functionality. If we use third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as website analytics or social media pixels), those providers may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations (including recordkeeping required under state credit services organization laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain sharing or marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond in accordance with applicable state law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, for California residents). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Communications

Communications & Consent (Calls, Text, Email)

By providing your phone number or email address and submitting a form, booking a consultation, or enrolling in a program, you consent to be contacted by Pinnacle Solutions Group by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your inquiry or services, including through automated dialing or messaging systems where applicable, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP," and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. Service-related communications (such as updates about your active program) may continue even if you opt out of marketing messages, unless you cancel your services.
Refunds & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit & Financial Services Programs

  • Right to cancel: You may cancel your enrollment in any credit-related program, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing your Service Agreement, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law. To cancel during this period, submit written notice using the cancellation form provided in your enrollment packet or contact us using the information below.
  • Fees already paid: Where required by law, fees paid before services were performed will be refunded in full upon a timely cancellation under the paragraph above.
  • After the cancellation period: Once services have begun, fees already earned for work performed are generally non-refundable, except as required by your state's law or as otherwise stated in your Service Agreement. Ongoing monthly programs may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.

Business Services & Car Buying Services

  • Consultation fees, where charged, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
  • Filing fees, government fees, and third-party costs (such as state filing fees or grant application fees) already paid to a third party on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • Fees for administrative work already completed (such as prepared business plans, filed formation documents, or completed lender submissions) are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
Your specific program's refund terms control. The refund and cancellation terms in your signed Service Agreement or program enrollment materials take precedence over this general policy where they differ, subject to the non-waivable cancellation rights described above.
